Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
